TRAINEE SOLICITOR OPPORTUNITIES We look to attract the best trainees available. Each trainee is approached on the basis that they will, in due course, become a driving force within the firm. We do not take on any trainees without the expectation, on our part, that they would look to stay with us following qualification. We do everything possible to make sure that their skills are developed and enhanced throughout the training period. In joining us, you would be an important part of a firm with over 120 staff and which has superb support services in regard to IT, library and general administration. Most of the teams within the firm appear prominently in the law firm directories under their particular specialities. The firm has a reputation for developing and retaining the best lawyers in their respective fields. Outside of the Law Society training requirements, and the appraisal and feedback system, each trainee is allocated a partner to act as a mentor over the entire period of the training contract. This enables monthly coaching and guidance sessions which always remain private and confidential. The environment of the firm is energetic and dynamic.
