Landmark decision on pre-nups due

This week, judges will make a landmark ruling in an appeal case concerning whether pre-nuptial agreements are binding in cases of divorce.
Former banker Nicolas Granatino is challenging his £1 million divorce settlement with Katrin Radmacher - an heiress said to be worth £100 million.
It is thought that the outcome of the case will have significant repercussions in terms of whether prenuptial contracts - which are intended to clarify shared responsibilities and assets - should be binding on couples who separate.
Before Mr Granatino and Ms Radmacher tied the knot, they agreed not to seek any of each other's fortune if the marriage failed.
However, since then, he has given up his career in the City to study for a doctorate at the University of Oxford and now she accuses him of breaking his promise.
Previous trials have seen him awarded £1 million, with judges saying that England should not be out of step with other European countries in terms of prenuptial agreements.
